Tomorrow is our state's birthday. There are all kinds of celebrations. One of the best is FESTIVALL in Charleston. From today until the 28th, the city really becomes a work of art. There are all kinds of concerts and gatherings. There are actors and dancers in the streets. Artisans come from all over to sell and display their wares next weekend.
